Good Cop...Bad Cop

Out of all my characters, I'd have to say that Captain Locke is one of my favorites. She was great fun to design, and I love the idea of a slightly deranged and certainly over zealous Captain of the Guard taking the law a little too seriously...and the punishments even more so...

You'll be seeing more of her in the future, but for now enjoy this nice introduction to her character.
